Goal: Build something real that should take 3 months in 3-5 days.

What it is

Foresight Health will be holding build sprints as work trials. They will be focused experiments in speed, clarity, and collaboration.

We’re bringing together three to five exceptional people at a time **(**engineers, designers, scientists, and operators) who want to help shape the earliest foundations of the company.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team to design, code, and launch real systems that become part of Foresight Health’s platform.

Throughout the sprint, you’ll collaborate with clinical partners — neurologists, cognitive researchers, and care coordinators — who will provide live feedback and context as you build.

Our lead investors and venture partners will also join to share how they think about early-stage company building and why they’re backing Foresight Health.

What happens

• Work and stay together in a quiet Bay Area house designed for deep focus and creative flow.
• Join a small, high-context team working directly on live product, data, or clinical operations systems.
• Build prototypes, tools, or workflows that can be used immediately by patients, clinicians, or internal teams.
• Collaborate with practicing neurologists and researchers to ensure what you build aligns with real medical needs.
• Meet and learn from investors who supported Foresight Health early and who will share how they think about founders, product, and the frontier of healthcare technology.
• All meals, lodging, and logistics are covered so you can focus entirely on the work, the people, and the experience.
